So glad Perdido Bay Medical Group is located in our area. Dr Spriggs and his staff are wonderful. In fact, I am always happy to recommend to friends….and it is especially nice to run into a neighbor and we discuss how blessed we ALL are with our health care services from Dr Spriggs! Best health care I have ever experienced!

Very clean nice office!! Dr Spriggs was very attentive and listened to what I had to say. Didn't try to run a bunch of tests costing me money..instead he is gonna request results from prior doctors first to see what the problems are!! Highly recommend

Dr Spriggs made a timely housecall in response to my email about a possible stroke. After a brief history and physical exam, he suggested a visit to the ER now for a catscan to rule out a stroke. His plan was to get family involved to take care of my wife and someone to drive me to the ER. I phoned my daughter and she and her husband came to make that happen. The ER visit to South Baldwin ER was a positive experience, and after all was done, a Dx of TIA and Rx of daily Lipitor and baby aspirin. My thanks to Dr Spriggs for putting things in order and getting the ball rolling.
